30-Day Guaranteed Reputation Management
Search results normally begin to change during the first 45 days of service. However you may cancel service during the first 30 days of service and receive a refund of monthly fees paid to date. Start up or Quick Start fees are non-refundable, but you will retain control and ownership of any exact-match domain websites and approved written content RepRx has created on your behalf.
30-day cancellation must be made via telephone to the Account Representative assigned to your account and confirmed verbally and by e-mail from RepRx. Email confirmation should be send within two business days. Refunds will be provided in the same form received, please allow two weeks for the refund to be processed. Service cancellation during the initial 30-day period may result in a partial or full reversal of work performed to date with the exception of exact-match domain websites. Refunds will not be provided after the initial 30 days of service.
Any subscription can be cancelled without refund after 90-days of service. After 30-days, the minimum subscription cancellation is after 120 days of service. This guarantee is non-transferable, applies only to the initial transaction with the exception of the Quick Start or Startup fee which is separate from the monthly fee. The 30-day cancellation is your exclusive legal remedy. Your use of the service is governed by the terms of service that may be modified by RepRx at any time.
